    I’m so overjoyed at the results of the election, but I wish the people of America had decided to paint even just one room of the White House rainbow.

    Yeah the world feels like a better place already.

    In 8 years we’ve gone from
    Osama Bin Laden to
    Obama Joe Biden

    Let’s hope Obama walks the talk and brings lot’s of positive change.

    One thing of the many things that really impressed me was his policy to strongly encourage community service from many sectors of society. A few hours per year of voluntary community service (with many options to choose from) was almost sounding mandatory for high school students. Yeah yeah where do you draw the line between voluntary and forced… but the positive totally outweighs the negative. I’d like to see Kevin Rudd go “yeah what a cool idea, let’s do that in Australia too”

    Obama is a catalyst for bringing people from diverse backgrounds together where they can get to know each other and hopefully improve tolerance and understanding.

    Hopefully he can make great progress in bringing peace on a global scale.

    All hail the new leader of the free world
