Running past where Lionel Ritchie close the ’84 Olympics with “All night long”, where G’n'R played support to the Rolling Stones, and where I had just run 27 Kilometres..

Part space-man, part Dio, all exhaustion, and a few tears.

   Congratulations. Running a marathon is a gigantic achievement.

   Love the spunky cape. Reminds me of that suit you wore to the logies but a bit less shiny!
   Know a bunch of guys who run these marathons regularly. They train together for 2 or 3 months and hop on a plane to wherever (last one I heard about was in Germany) and compete.
   They are all ex elite athletes and sportsmen so you are in good company.
   Four and a half hours is a long time to do something pleasurable let alone something punishing! Congrats again.

   You have done well, we need more famous poeple to get the GoVeg message accross. No Need to run on a diet o steriods and suffering. You can run marathons on without killing the planet.
