I now have to see who I can get to come with me as all my friends are well and truly meat (the food) lovers. Funny that when I go out to dinner with friends no-one really cares what I'll have, however if I even suggest a vegan place, they will think I'm mad, because they can't imagine what they can have if there is no meat. I always think of the scene from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" when it comes to eating or not eating meat. It is such a classic and so relative. The health, spiritual, environmental and ethical positives are just wonderful bonuses. Yeah finding a restaurant that cooks delicious vegan food is difficult.
