Andrew I’ve gotta say you sound like a fairly compassionate guy and even though you really couldn’t do anything about the guy’s situation, it certainly seems you would’ve if the circumstance was a little different. I lost quite a few friends to ice and the like and it just breaks my heart to see how severe this particular drug wrecks peoples lives and Brisbane is having it’s fair whack! Back in New Zealand me and my mum used to take in kids from off the street and now I work with Child Safety fostering children. Some of the stories I hear from children who are victims of violent drug addicted parents is horrendous and oh boy I will do my very best to offer them a better life. I pray that poor guys “Rock Bottom” is not death because what a waste of a life. Take Care Ben

Justin Timberlake’s show was the second best I’ve ever seen. The best was Michael Jackson. I wish I’d bought tickets for both nights and up the front too.

This talk of the JT show makes me look callous, but I don’t like to think about the damage of drugs. It’s horrific and preventable and hopeless all at the same time. If I’d had the same experience as you, I would have been freaked out inside for quite a while.

Was his name bob? Did he work at his job? Did he makes 40 something dollars a day? Did he used to be the man in his home town, then started to loose his way?

I walked past Vinnies in Bondi today, we joked about you and that place. Everyone in that place is burnt and have no idea where they were going.

Poor guy he will end up looking as bad as Rhett Hutchence does. Poor Rhett he use to not be able to put down the pipe….

Andrew, you must come across alot of weirdos, being a celebrity and all. I would imagine most people would try and befriend you wherever you go.
While it would be unreal to do what you do, it makes me realise how happy I am in my little secluded corner of the world!

I believe that the first comment on this post is actually a site ripping of Andrew’s feed and posting it almost like it’s own article. It actually happens more often than you’d think in the blogging world. If you look at the main url for that site, there is a whole lot of different posts in all sorts of different languages.

That is a perfect illustration of the shocking descent that can follow drug use – and that includes alcohol. Ice is just too cheap and available for those who see it as an escape from whatever they are troubled by in life.

Our hospitals are building new “isolation rooms” (read padded cells)to deal with the extemely violent behavior that is elicited by taking ice. Sadly, “rock bottom” can in fact be a grave for some.Sorry to hear you were subjected to that Andrew.

P.S Is the previous blogger accusing you of plagiarism??
