They are so amazing live, like Brian Wilson had a dream about Soundgarden and out popped the chair.

They even played “I don’t wanna be the one” from Midnight Oil.

In my humble amount of time of being involved in the Australian Music industry I’ve come to meet a few people who like myself, have loved life, and loved to party.

Today there’s front page news about one of the finer members of the Australian Music Community and his very personal battle with a substance.

Here’s to him getting back on track and making the music we all love again soon.

Today I heard five tracks from the new Queens of the Stone Age album.

It will come so hard and powerful that it will destroy all in its path and leave people cowering under rubble wondering where their houses went.
Build a Bunker now, and avoid the rush.

It sounds like they’ve been dropping Acid-Laced mushrooms and listening to late Beatles and early Pink Floyd while driving D-10 Bulldozers through endangered native forests squishing and making extinct everything in their path.

It’s Brutal, and amazing and possibly the most ground breaking rock album ever.
I can’t say enough.
I only heard five tracks, then I heard them again to make sure.

the monkey chewed tobacco on the street car line” it is fucking amazing.

It’s not out for a few weeks yet, and that’s probably a good thing, as
I think I soiled myself listening to it.

After listening to it, my balls have exploded in to tiny little pieces, and each of those little pieces is being destroyed by the after shocks which I am sure will continue for some weeks.

I can’t stop listening to this song at the moment, and it’s my current “dance around the living room in trackies every morning with the labradog in the sunrise” song. It’s the cutest song ever.

I was on Neighbours.

There’s a point in your career as a broadcaster that when people start to put a wig on and rip you off on rival channel parody shows, you really know that you’ve made an impact.
However, when you’re asked to play yourself in Neighbours, that means something else all together about penetration into Pop Culture.

It was an amazing day, and even though I can’t Act, Lou and Harold took me by the hand and showed me the way..
The best part was that Jet, my old producer from Channel [v] was the director that day.
She’s a hot Asian babe if ever there was one, and she loves the pussy cats.
Jet guided me through the untravelled pathway of ‘acting naturally’, and eased my freakish nerves on the day.

I wonder how long I wait now until I release my pop single?

Best Thing About being on Neighbours:
1: They work really, really fast
2: They can’t remember storylines either.
3: They shoot so far in advance, they exist in a permanent state of Deja Vu.
4: They have really good coffee on set.
5: Neighbours girls are really hot up close. And they smell good.
